My mother knits the sweater for me till morning 4am to so that I can bring it along to the new place to defend the cold and wind when I fly off in Nov.
I monitored my baby's temperature every hour at every night and wiped her forehead/hands to cool down the fever for the straight one week with at most 3hour-sleep a day.
While fathers seem to be unable to do the same

Walking with One Hand Support__10/18/2010
Finally, our Jannet could walk more independently with only one hand support from me or grandparents yesterday. Today, she seems deeply enjoy the walking more freely. We simply hope she would be able to walk totally independently without any external support when we depart from China three weeks later.
It took about 2months since her first step with two hands support.During this two months, she got fever twice (end of Aug and beginning of Oct). The later one was more severe, fever over 40 degree. It really made me frightened. The poor little girl took almost two weeks to recover.
Wish she could easily to adapt to the new environment in Nov.
